From the outside, 452 Leyden Street appeared to be an unassuming ranch-style house—red brick, a well-kept lawn, and a pathway light leading to the front door. Open the door and step across the welcome mat, and first impressions immediately transformed. Complete with orange shag carpet and pink bathroom tile, the home was alive with parties, music, laughter, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging and a standing invitation to come as you are.

Whether it was an extended family member joining for breakfast, a new friend staying the night, or a neighbor sharing their worries over a cup of coffee (or perhaps a cocktail), the sense of welcome that lived within the walls of 452 was contagious. From a bite to eat or a place to rest your head to a kind, listening ear, the house embodied the essence of hospitality.‌

Today, 452 represents the soul of SSA — the welcoming spirit at our core and **why we do what we do** — create authentic moments of hospitality and memories that last a lifetime.

Our commitment to our SSA family of guests, partners, and colleagues is unwavering: to create those often simple yet deeply impactful connections that leave everyone they touch a bit brighter and their lives a little better than before. Every special moment of hospitality not only uplifts the lives of those who experience it but also leaves a lasting impression on the person who creates it.

"And that's why we do what we do: to create those special moments of hospitality that leave a lasting impact on our guests' lives, on our clients' lives, and on our team's lives. And not only that, but it feels so good to create those moments. And that is the essence of 452 Leyden Street: to create those special moments of hospitality."
